Version 2026-08-05 · Last updated: August 5, 2026
Behavior and moderation standards that apply to Core.
1. Prohibited content
Do not publish or share pornography, exploitation or sexualization of minors, sexual violence, grooming, threats, stalking, harassment, intimidation, hate speech, fraud, scams, illegal gambling, third-party intimate data, malware, or rights-infringing content.
2. Child safety
Core expressly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and all Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Core may not be used to create, request, store, share, or distribute sexualized content involving minors.
3. Moderation
Core may block uploads, reduce distribution, remove content, issue warnings, suspend, or terminate an account. Emergency measures may be applied to protect people and preserve evidence.
4. Reporting
In Core, open the “More options” menu (three dots) on a Pulse, Flash, or Up, tap “Report,” select the reason, and confirm with “Report and hide.” For CSAE, CSAM, exploitation, sexual abuse, abduction, or grooming, choose “Other reason” and describe the case. Reports may also be sent to [email protected]. The content will be reviewed, removed from circulation when necessary, preserved in a restricted area, and reported under the applicable legal protocol.
