Core Privacy Policy

How Core handles personal data, content, reports, and security information.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Core application, developed by Techissues, and to services associated with Core. It is specific to Core and does not replace the general TechIssues website policy.
2. Data processed
We may process account and profile data, phone number, email, date of birth, session and device identifiers, access logs, preferences, location when authorized, posts, messages, reports, business data, and metadata required for operation and security.
3. Purposes
We use this data to create and protect accounts, verify age, provide features, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate content, respond to reports, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Teenagers and child safety
Core does not allow child sexual abuse or exploitation. Age and report data may be processed to apply safeguards, investigate CSAE or CSAM, and comply with applicable law. Age-verification data is not used for behavioral advertising.
5. Retention and sharing
We retain data for as long as necessary for the service, security, and legal obligations. We may use infrastructure, storage, email, notification, and support providers. Data may be provided to authorities when there is a legal basis. Evidence related to unlawful activity may be preserved.

Requests for access, correction, deletion, or other rights may be sent to [email protected]. Child-safety reports may also be sent to this address.
