Core Terms of Use

Rules for use, content, safety, and responsibilities on Core.
1. Eligibility
Core is intended for people aged 16 or older. Users who are exactly 16 must keep their account linked to a legal guardian, in accordance with applicable rules.
2. Content and conduct
Users are responsible for the content they publish and must hold the necessary rights. Sexual or pornographic content, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation, sextortion, child trafficking, sexual violence, harassment, threats, fraud, illegal products, and criminal material are prohibited.
3. Reporting and moderation
In Core, open the “More options” menu (three dots) on a Pulse, Flash, or Up, tap “Report,” select the reason, add details if needed, and confirm with “Report and hide.” For child safety, choose “Other reason” and describe the case, or email [email protected]. Techissues may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts related to reported content, preserve evidence, and notify authorities when required or permitted by law.
4. Services and data
Core may experience interruptions and use providers to operate infrastructure, storage, notifications, and support. Users should carefully consider before sharing documents, passwords, financial, intimate, or sensitive data.
